Family of Man Re-opening  5th july

The famous photography exhibition’ The Family of Man’ curated by Edward Steichen will be reopened on 5th July 2013 after nearly 3 years of restoration.

The exhibition is a collection of 503 photographs of 273 photographers from 68 different countries curated by Edward Steichen for the MoMA. Presented for the first time in 1955, the exhibition is a manifesto for peace and fundamental equality of men though human and humanist post-war photography. Images of great photographers such as Robert Capa, Robert Doisneau , August Sander, Ansel Adams are staged in a very modernist and spectacular way.
